More Remodeling Clients is operated by Jorge Tapia as a sole proprietor. This Privacy Policy explains how More Remodeling Clients, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our,” collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit MoreRemodelingClients.com, schedule an appointment, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services.

By using our website or providing information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your first and last name, email address, telephone number, company name, company website, business information, appointment preferences, remodeling services or business goals you tell us about, messages you send us, and other information you choose to provide through forms, calls, emails, texts, or other communications.

We may also automatically receive technical information when you use our website, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, date and time of access, and similar website usage information.

Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the website, maintain sessions, prevent fraud, remember preferences, and provide website functionality.

At this time, we do not intentionally use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, advertising remarketing pixels, or similar cross site advertising technologies on this website. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable consent controls before using those technologies.

How We Collect Information

We may collect information directly from you when you complete a form, schedule an appointment, contact us, communicate by phone, email, or text, or otherwise provide information to us.

We may collect certain technical information automatically through our website and the service providers used to operate it.

For business development purposes, we may also obtain business contact information from publicly available business websites, advertising directories, professional profiles, advertising transparency tools, and other legitimate public business sources.

How We Use Information

We may use information to operate and improve our website, respond to inquiries, schedule and manage strategy calls, send appointment confirmations and reminders, provide requested services, communicate with prospective and current clients, understand business needs, administer customer relationships, maintain records, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights.

Where permitted by law or where appropriate consent has been obtained, we may also use contact information to communicate about More Remodeling Clients services.

We do not guarantee that communications, advertising campaigns, website visits, or other marketing activities will result in any particular number of leads, customers, sales, revenue, or return on investment.

Email Communications

If you provide your email address, we may use it to send appointment information, responses to inquiries, service related communications, proposals, onboarding information, account related communications, and other appropriate business messages.

We may also send commercial communications where permitted by applicable law.

You may request that we stop sending promotional email communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the message or by contacting us.

Transactional or service related communications may still be sent when reasonably necessary to provide a service you requested.

Text Messages and Mobile Information

If you voluntarily provide your telephone number and consent to text messaging, More Remodeling Clients may send appointment confirmations, reminders, customer service communications, service updates, and other messages consistent with the consent you provided.

Marketing text messages will only be sent where appropriate consent has been obtained.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to discontinue text messages and HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Mobile information, including telephone numbers, text messaging opt in information, and consent records, will not be provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide limited mobile information to service providers that support functions such as message delivery, telecommunications, customer service, and technical operations when reasonably necessary to provide those services.

Text messaging opt in data and consent will not be transferred to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

HighLevel currently requires privacy policies used for A2P registration to contain this type of restriction on mobile information sharing.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Services

We may use artificial intelligence, automated communication systems, voice assistants, scheduling tools, and similar technologies to help answer inquiries, manage appointments, provide information, route communications, assist with customer service, and operate our business.

If you interact with an AI assisted or automated system, information from the interaction may be processed by our technology providers for the purpose of providing the requested functionality.

If a telephone call or other communication is recorded or transcribed, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

Automated systems are not intended to provide legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Service Providers

We use third party service providers to operate portions of our business.

These providers may include services used for website hosting, customer relationship management, appointment scheduling, email, telecommunications, video meetings, cybersecurity, DNS services, artificial intelligence, automation, and related business functions.

Current or anticipated providers include HighLevel and LeadConnector, Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Zoom, Cloudflare, telecommunications providers, and AI or automation providers used to support business communications.

These companies may process information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide their respective services or as otherwise permitted by their own applicable agreements and privacy policies.

We do not represent that these third party services are owned or controlled by More Remodeling Clients.

Sale of Personal Information

More Remodeling Clients does not sell personal information for money.

We do not sell telephone numbers, text messaging opt in information, or text messaging consent records.

We also do not knowingly provide personal information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes without appropriate authorization.

Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for basic website functionality, security, session management, forms, appointment scheduling, and other features.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect the operation of portions of the website.

If we later introduce analytics, advertising, or remarketing cookies that require additional disclosure or consent, this Privacy Policy and our cookie controls will be updated accordingly.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Disclosures

California’s Online Privacy Protection Act requires qualifying commercial websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to disclose their privacy practices.

The categories of personally identifiable information we may collect are described in the “Information We Collect” section of this Privacy Policy.

The categories of third parties that may receive information are primarily service providers used to operate our website and business, as described under “Service Providers.”

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided to us by contacting us using the information at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Do Not Track and Online Tracking

Some web browsers provide a “Do Not Track” signal or similar preference.

Our website does not currently respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no universally adopted technical standard governing how websites must respond to those signals.

We do not currently intentionally deploy advertising remarketing pixels or technologies designed to track visitors across unrelated websites for our own advertising purposes.

Third party service providers that operate portions of our website may nevertheless receive technical information necessary to provide their services.

If our tracking practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy.

CalOPPA specifically requires covered operators to disclose their response to Do Not Track signals and whether third parties may collect information through the site.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to accomplish the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain business and financial records, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and honor communication preferences.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

We may retain suppression or opt out records for the purpose of ensuring that communication preferences continue to be honored.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

However, no website, network, storage system, transmission method, or electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You should use appropriate caution when transmitting sensitive information electronically.

Children

Our website and services are intended for business owners and other adults.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us using the information below.

Third Party Websites

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

More Remodeling Clients is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or operations of third party websites.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party service you choose to use.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website, technology, service providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website or other appropriate means.
